"We put in our order and waited. 2 couples seated after us got their appetizers and entrees long before we got our food, and our server was nowhere in sight. Finally she showed up after 40 min and asked if my dad wanted his salad first. I didn’t understand why she waited 40 min to ask us that but our food finally came and it was good. We then had to wait another half hour after we were done eating to get our check, we even had to flag down a busser to help us find her. She took our credit card, and we waited some more. After 20 minutes, we flagged down another busser to check on her. At 25 minutes we got another server to help. No one would tell us what was going on. Then we got the manager to see where our credit card was. She had the card in the back for THIRTY MINUTES. No explanation. Not even from the manager. He just waved at us. She finally came out after 30 minutes and said the machine was down, but that doesn’t explain why other people paid and left in the time we waited. We love the food there but this experience left us so upset I don’t think we’ll be back."

"Hungry Tarpon was one of the best meals we had in Islamorada! From the professional waitress, Ricky was there! She knew her ingredients and made great suggestions. The fish was fresh and wonderfully prepared! What a nice surprise wrapped by the lemon so I didn't have to get the seeds from my meal! Small things mean a lot! Also the Chimichurri was fantastic! The cook really has a good grip on the dishes and flavors! The atmosphere and the music, what a great place to eat, hang up, shop and return. Very recommended reservations."

"Amazing experience!!! Diane from Italy was fantastic. Amazing customer service and also was so friendly and accommodating. Bring us a warm welcome and lead us to the area and suggested some parks to check. Absolutely 100/10 service. I'd like to come back. Food was delicious we had breakfast, that goes until 3. This also includes the famous groundless mimoses and **** Marie’s. Absolutely fantastic. Breakfast was delicious and large portions. You get what you pay and I was very happy. Everything was clean. And would recommend this place to everyone. Will definitely return"

"I have a new favorite restaurant, too bad it's all the way in Florida. The food was amazing, service too. We got a bunch of appetizers and starters to sample loads of things. I don't have a favorite. All the ceviches are amazing, but I was also pleasantly surprised by how good the beef empanadas and the scallops were."

"Unfortunately overestimated. The tuna did not say tartars, but was definitely undercooked. The other fish was okay, but nothing special. The special fish, grouper, was nothing special and very expensive. I really look forward to this restaurant because it was close to and was very rated, but it disappointed. Dinner for 2 was $130 without app, alcohol or dessert."
