"I've ordered ahead for pickup from this restaurant many times and have never encountered any issues. However, yesterday, I placed my order but got delayed and ended up arriving about 30 minutes late. When I got there, my order was no longer on the counter. Fortunately, an employee named Taylor noticed that it had been sitting for a while and offered to remake my coffee, saying it was no problem at all! She really didn’t have to do that since it was my fault for the delay. Taylor was incredibly kind, assuring me that it happens and she didn’t mind making my order again so that I could enjoy my iced coffee with fresh cold foam. I will definitely make it a point to order from here again in the future."
