"This restaurant is a local favorite of mine. I have had many delicious meals here since they opened. I particularly love the smashed potatoes over the fries, as they are very flavorful. The burgers and steaks are also very good, although the portion sizes can vary. Personally, I do not like Brussels sprouts, but everyone I know who enjoys them raves about how amazing they are. One dish that I find truly outstanding is the BBQ Ribs appetizer. The ribs are tender and the dry rub is delicious. Even though I am not usually a fan of ribs, I always order them when I visit. I also enjoy the events they host, which feature food and drink pairings in a 5-course meal. However, I do wish they would bring back the previous entertainment, as I am not a big fan of the current artist. In my humble opinion, it would enhance the overall experience."
