"We went to Public Kitchen for the first time to celebrate our son's high school graduation. We arrived quite early for our 5:15 reservation (as the graduation ceremony went more quickly than I imaged) so the restaurant was empty and we were seated promptly at a table by the window with a lovely view of the park. Our server made some nice menu suggestions, including the delicious meat and cheese board to start the meal, and everyone was very pleased with their entrees. My mom raved about her pork chop. The server asked what brought us in, and although we told him about my son's graduation, nothing special was done to acknowledge it. I wasn't expecting anything and was not at all disappointed but thought I would mention it in case the restaurant reads this and wants to take action for future similar situations."
