"delicious salmon speciality in the chateau. first a delicious amuse gage. excellent advice at wein. asked about and received a side order of spa gel that was perfectly cooked, but (satisfied) covered with sea salt that ruins the taste. they close six months on October 17th, but will be reopened in the early year. we're coming back."
