"Despite the initial hiccup, we had an excellent dinner with delicious cocktails and a beautiful wine selection. I noticed in very small print on the menu that a 21% service fee would be added, and I was glad I saw that before proceeding. However, when the bill arrived, I realized that the 21% service fee had already been included. The total presented to me was confusingly high, and I was pleased that I had read the fine print, as I ended up adding an extra 20% tip on top of the already substantial service charge. Honestly, adding another 20% on a $425 bill would have felt excessive for the overall experience."
