"My wife and I came in to check Brio Italian Grille tonight for dinner. Atmosphere was clean and nice. We ordered Calamari for appetizer. The quality of the squid seems very dry and fried peeled off immediately. It was so salty that we couldn’t eat after one bite. We let the waitress know and she brought us another plate. Second plate was the same as before. I don’t know if it was us but it was just way too salty and quality wasn’t good. We asked kindly about this and waitress took care of it for us. Thank you. It’s unfortunate this happened."

"We loved almost everything about Rebecca’s. Appetizers (scrambled eggs with caviar and fois gras) were delicious as was the lobster with risotto. The grouse which was a special was not to my liking too heavy. Only reason I gave the food a four and not a five. Cheese course and tart tatin were also delicious. Service was excellent and the bar tender was very hospitable. We will definitely come back and recommend Rebecca’s to friends and family!"

"It has been about 4 years since I have been here and this time was extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service. Exquisite experience is very far from reality. The designated server Andrew welcome us and from there he completely ghosted us. Another server Alex had to come by and explained us that Andrew was busy making a salad for another group. He felt bad for long wait and decided to take our order. Long story short we order at 7:25pm and received our food at 8:30pm. Andrew never touch the table once and the only individual that actually touched our table in over an hour was the wonderful water server and Angel the bartender that pushes cocktails throughout the dining experience. Mind you we were drinking wine. I spoke to Andrew about the situation, and he yet never came to the table nor anything was done about it. The only positive feedback was on the food quality. First class to the chefs that work hard to delivery an outstanding culinary experience. Unfortunately the front of the house team did such a poor job executing that takes away from the overall experience."

"Grilled Cheese was FABULOUS I will return for it. My Mel 's Diner Experience: The Novel I sent my hubby to pick up our order because I was feeling under the weather, he ordered a pot roast diner with a chicken noodle soup side and I ordered the grilled cheese with chicken noodle soup. When he was given the order it didn 't feel right so he checked it when he got to the car, it was a club sandwich and fries...wrong. Went back inside, explained the order was wrong and repeated our order with me on the phone, I think he was calm compared to...well me haha but again I wasn 't feeling well and STARVING. SO cut to NOOW we have the right order, checked in the car again, everything looked good and he headed my way so we could feast. I saw the grilled cheese and my eyes started drooling. I picked up the soup bowl and...I knew then...it was wrong. Opened...and there is was, some cream based chowder NOT CHICKEN NOODLE bs. I was LIVID. I immediately got in the car (hubby was really enjoying the pot roast so I couldn 't ask him to go, 5 stars) . When I arrived I explained the situation, the manager said we 're not serving chicken noodle soup today so I don 't know how you were able to order it . I responded I ordered it from your website, it 's listed on my receipt and order ticket..? . Manager suggested I keep the soup, receive a refund, or get a salad. Since I had two soups I asked for one refund and one salad. Refund processed, salad received, and I left. Stopped at good 'oId Publix and splurged on a pint of chicken noodle soup from the deli and went on with my life... I can 't explain exactly how it came about but I just didn 't enjoy the feeling the manager gave me that it was my fault because I shouldn 't of ordered what was available for me to order. If your not serving something, update your menu online, if your not serving something, calls take out order customers prior to pick up and suggest alternatives. 3 stars for a 5 star FOOD review, negative 2 stars for staff mood. We are all going through it right now, I 'm in two types of customer service industries and I manage to slap a smile on my face and except all responsibility for anything wrong even if it doesn 't make sense to me. Please try to enjoy what you do, it will benefit us all."

"We made reservations for Mother's Day a month out and requested outdoor dining. Due to rain, outdoor dining wasn't available understandably. Our reservations were at and we were told there was a wait when we arrived about We waited for at least minutes before we were seated. Some parties were seated immediately upon checking in. I ran into someone else that had reservations that day and they had to wait over minutes for their table as well. It seems they were overwhelmed and overall we've had great experiences at Bravo's. Mother's Day was a bit disappointing due to the wait and disorganization"

"We (my wife, me, and our 8-year-old) arrived at 6p on Wednesday night. Not too busy. Server was great, food was great, and our experience was overall pleasant. "Some friends and I were happy enough to visit a tasting dinner at Butterfield a few weeks ago. WOAH. Everything was amazing. Course after the colourful course came from the kitchen and the cook, Shawn Burnette, stuck to tell us what we would enjoy. From the amuse canyon through the digestive device 12(! Courses later everything was designed and executed in a professional way. The boss, radar, has an admirable commitment to local and seasonal procurement. He's still getting his camps in the area, but his goal is for the whole restaurant 's meat and products coming from within a 20-mile radius of Stone Ridge. And he makes our local farmers' proud with his creative and tasty preparations - from homemade bacon to the best fucking garden salad you've ever had to a seemingly humble, but actually extravagant and EXQUISITE roasted chicken it's all good. "This is a total scam. The food is mediocre at best and the service basically disappeared mid meal. The owner is very condescending and turned away people who simply wanted a drink at the bar. She is unhinged and rude. After getting enough on our tab she never returned to the table. Most importantly, the food just isn’t that great. "I'm going to give this place 2 stars only because of the very sweet waitress and I'm in a good mood. Other than that this place is a mediocre mess which is really a shame because it has the possibility of being so much more. Located on a quiet corner away from the hustle and bustle of Naples, the place seems like a cute French bistro you might find in Paris. Then you try to speak to the person right next to you and realize you cannot possibly hear a word because the place is so loud and no one has thought that people who go out to dinner together might actually want to speak to each other while dining! After sitting there for about 25 minutes the nice waitress came to take our order. Unfortunately she had an accent which made understanding her nearly impossible in a room where you can barely hear the person next to you anyway. We ordered escargot and a soup for an appetizer and waited and waited and waited and waited and after another 45 minutes finally our appetizers and entrees all came at once! We sent back the entrees and ate our mediocre at best appetizers. Our entrees eventually made it and were mediocre as well. All in all a very disappointing experience with very ordinary food and service with a lovely and personable waitress. Be smarter than me and save your night and go somewhere else. I can assure you you'll be happy you did."

"We went on Saturday night. No reservation needs as it was about half full. Seems like this place has lost a little something from the past. Maybe covid, maybe staffing issues. Overall though the food was decent. Service was great. We got the 2 for $40 and it was a great value. We would go back again for that deal."
