"What's not to like? I had the Draper Valley chicken, it was tender and juicy and the brown rice risotto that came with was full of vegetable goodness and flavor. My ice cold grey goose Dirty Martini was perfect. We went on a Thursday, and they even had a saxophonist playing music! The cheese sampler plate had many fresh morsels, which paired well with my friend's Sangiovese glass of wine from Scarafone. The fried gnocchi in pesto cream appetizer was rich and luscious, best for sharing with the whole table. We had the best time. Iorio gets my personal nod of satisfaction for food, service, drinks, live music and casual atmosphere. And they have a parking lot! Iorio succeeds in making you feel like you are part of the family. No other restaurant like it in Portland."
