"elaborate, and a bit travel to get there, but it's worth it. there are many restaurants in the open, but we have chosen to be through a window to get the view. we share an appetizer of steak tarts. as always, the cook has taken its own, and it differs in each restaurant, and that was excellent. we had a fish dish each. my wife had a salmon with a mixed fruit sauce that was the best she ever had. I had yellowfin tuna with oriental sides of the cucumber chimney, meerkrautsalat and the seared thunfisch was on a bed of a kind of lobster pine over reis. it was also the best from the class I can remember everywhere. dessert was the French silk cake with a strawberry rhob sorbet, which was the perfect end. while it is at least an hour drive for us, we will be back."
