"Absolutely the worst Caesar’s Resort I have ever stayed at. No room service, terrible front desk customer service, I am also a 7-Star Rewards member and not one host has approached me yet. The rewards desk manager was supposed to reach out to me about my $500 first seven star trip because it wasn’t showing on my account. The showers water pressure is terrible and also the temperature of the water barely gets hot. We flew in yesterday morning and flying back out tonight, I was supposed to stay 3 more nights until Tuesday but yea it was so bad we are leaving today."
