"The creativity of Chef Myles is to be admired. The salmon was a superior cut. The requested rare preparation was just perfect. Thank you Chef! I requested well-done brussel sprouts. They were not eaten. They were so hard and under-cooked that my fork could not piece them. Jeanine offered to return them but they were so hard, I wasn’t sure they could be prepared to my liking. Unc had the sirloin. Great cut. Cooked perfectly. Sauce a nice addition. Unfortunately, the cut was rather tough and chewy. The strawberry empanada was the highlight of the meal. We ordered specially crafted martinis. Kudos to Jeanine! She prepared two perfect cocktails. The Prairie Star WINE AND DINE menu is truly a great value with creative menus. While a bit of a miss this week, we enjoy the good food, service and the stunning view."
