"My family was looking for a place to eat on Christmas Day. We saw that Bourbon Jacks was open and taking reservations, this was around 7:45 it was close, so we made reservations for 8:30 PM. When we arrived there was a note saying they stopped serving food at 7:45. We proceeded to the hostess stand where the young lady said we could have drinks in the bar but they were serving no food. I said we made a reservation not more than 15 minutes ago and that we even received a confirmation. She told us that they stopped taking reservations and that was not possible. I showed her my confirmation email to no avail. I thought that it was poor customer service that they accepted the reservation then decided not to honor it. This was a great opportunity to get a customer for a lifetime, a great tip for there servers and incredible word of mouth advertising. Instead they get nothing and I doubt that I will ever go there and tell everyone I know about the missed opportunity that they had. Sad. I guess I'm getting my points but I really needed a meal!"
