"not a happy camper all the the food was comped. we where seated at 1:52 am very promptly by the host steve. waited literally 20 min for our server to come to take our drink order and that's because we flagged steve down which in turn he let the server know. she came to take our order we we asked for two hot chocolates with whip cream and a decaf coffee she then stated they didn't have hot chocolate and i asked what do you mean you don't have chocolate well her response was i don't know if we sell hot chocolate i then responded i've ordered before and she said give me a minute let me ask if we do . her name rebecca) is what she said , said she was new any how she took our order which was the tuscan omelette and beef nachos order put in finished our drink not one time did the server come to see how we where doing or ask if we needed refills an hour passes an hour and a half still no food or server comes to check up on is finally we flag another server down i believe the name was valerie i may be wrong but she told us she was new and once again i said i know she's new but it's not that hard to check on your table and let them now they are behind or what the problem is or get refills she then tells her we need refills brings decaf and one chocolate and never got the other chocolate so then i went to the host to ask to speak with a manger and he says an a rude tone what do u need i'm the manager which obviously he's not upset i left back to my table till finally i noticed the manager got up to talk to her after 2 hrs we got our food it was comped but the service was awful my food was cold it had been sitting there for awhile the avocado on the nachos was turning brown as it was waiting under the heat lamp for quite awhile ng that the beef was frozen thats why our order took to long ive never had a bad moment at mobys this is the first time and i am very upset there was a table that got there after us and they got there food before us there was another gentleman customer complaining about service as well casino del sol management needs to look into there employees as the manager was not visible for some quite time and the servers where hanging out by there registers when they should be attending customers and making sure they are happy im always a good tipper as im always given great service at mobys but yesterday night was horrible need to train these people more im a frequent customer on del sol property bringing in business to there slots, bingo, and restaurants totally a bad experience if i could i would give zero stars for this night and the way we where treated not a happy camper"
