"Great Brunch Spot and will be returning customers! Plenty of parking, easy to find, great ambience. The bar had all homemade abstinence for mimosas and virgin mock tails. My table ordered crispy prosciutto omelette, Japanese pancakes, and potato hash with short rib. Potato hash with short rib was the clear favorite think roast that was probably stewed overnight- 5 stars! The Japanese pancakes reminded me more of a cake than pancakes and tasted as if the batter had sat a while because they weren’t so fluffy. Unfortunately the omelette was over cooked. Overall we will definitely be returning to try different menu items in encourage you To try Alchemy too."
