"Poorly prepared to host our group of 150 plus people. Three bartenders were running around doing their best to serve a building full of people who walked in at the same time. Swanky decor is nice, but if It takes 45 minutes just to grab a cocktail you end up spending your whole time in line. If you agree to host a big group, make sure you’re staffed."

"Met two DC friends for beer, mussels and dinner. Had a blast (almost a four hour stay! . Beer was great as was food. Mussels were superb (beer and bacon . We could be loud and enjoy ourselves w/o bothering anyone! One of our favorite places on King Street!!!"

"Safina's is a relaxing oasis in the Texas Medical Center area. We had a quiet dinner with attentive service, a good wine list and excellent fish. My only suggestion is to think carefully about the stands... they are not as comfortable as the tables. A back cushion provided by the host did the trick. Get one when you start!"
