"We had reservations at 8:30pm for a friend’s birthday dinner by 10:30pm we still hadn’t received any food. The manager said he only had 7 people working and 4 people called out, but we didn’t find that out until 10:10pm after we asked what was taking so long. We understood so we calmed down a little. Our waitress was running around so we didn’t get a refill on water, the drinks and hookah even took forever to come out. Now when the food finally did come out around 11:15pm it was a hit and miss for some. Some plates were season really well and cooked to perfection like my lamb chops, while others, like the salmon, was cooked perfectly, but it wasn’t season at all. The kabob and chicken was 50/50. Some being seasoned well while others were bland. The manager stated that they have a very small grill and that was another reason why the food took forever to come out also. He did give us 2 free bottles of champagne and a round of shots to compensate for the wait. Now would I try this place again? Yes, it definitely seems like I can have a better experience next time with proper staffing. The manager did try his best, but next time any possible delays should be communicated immediately instead of two hours later."
