"We had an excellent dinner at Umbria. To begin, I would like to complement the staff as everyone was very attentive to our needs. The dinner started with a nice surprise: popovers instead of the traditional bread basket. They were large and warm and delicious. We told the waitress we were going to share a Caprese salad as an appetizer and when it arrived it was already separately plated for us! The cheese and tomatoes were fresh. I recommend the Bolognese. It was a rather huge portion but was seasoned quite well and was scrumptious. Another favorite was the seafood pot-delicious! The wine cellar was well-stocked with a variety of reds and whites and the drink menu featured a Spectre 007 Martini made with Belvedere vodka and fresh lime juice. Overall, the food, ambiance and service was 4-stars."
