"This location was better in the past. The last handful of times I've made an online or call in order, there has been something wrong. Monkey dough missing cream cheese dressing, pizza missing an ingredient, and today the 5 cheese bread entirely missing the cheddar cheese topping. I typically don't notice these mistakes until I get home, at which point they can't help unless you bring it back; which is entirely fair, but I can't always drive back. In addition, some of the staff who work there need to be more professional. I know they are just teenagers for the most part, so I get it, but multiple times I've walked in and they're all giggling and chatting and cursing in the back and won't come up to say hello to the customer until you call for help. And sometimes they are snobby and have an attitude. Mistakes happen and that's fine, we're all human and I understand that. However it's the combination of mistakes and poor customer service that lead to this review. Like I said, this location was much better in the past and previously I would have given it a 5 star rating. But in it's current state, it's just ok."
