"I 've been coming here for 10 plus years. I don 't know what happened in the past couple months, but this is the second time i 've gone there and received absolutely abysmal service. Place is going downhil. Completely skipped me in line, sat two separate parties, one of which was the same size as mine, who definitely came in after me. And when I bring it up to the server, they tell me I wasn 't on a list , even though I was standing at the front waiting for anybody to even acknowledge that i 'm waiting. I called to complain just to keep it off the internet and they basically just fought me on the phone saying I was wrong for not going to them personally and telling them to put me on the waiting list, at the back of the restaurant, so I could get a table. That is an absolutely ridiculous thing to say to somebody, especially at an establishment, either put me on a list at the front or make the list yourself when I walk in.But asking me to put myself on a waiting list to get a table is ridiculous."
