"We went to an elopement and took 8 friends who drove a long way to dinner/flog. The location was nice and the food was amazing. Scott was our host and did a fantastic job. Everyone enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. The grill was very busy, but I guess that was to be expected when the food was so good. The shrimp and lobster bisque were the best I ever had. If you make a reservation!"

"The Water Bar is a nice add to the Sparks area but is not an inexpensive restaurant. We took 3 special friends here for a dinner. It was their first time at the Water Bar. The service was excellent, the appetizers were very tasty but 3 of the 5 main entrees were well below acceptable. All 3 were the filet mignon and all 3 were horribly over cooked. We were very disappointed."
