"I tried to control the drive, but the employee was extremely difficult, she was slow and wanted me to repeat my order again and again. I don't know if she was new or just not. I went into order and this young lady was on the spot. the grill staff and the lane crew lasted 20 minutes to make 6 burgers and 3 orders by fritten. the burgers were extremely salty and tasted very average. I will try another situation of whataburger, but I was impressed."

"I came in the today! An employee name Jeffery delivered my food and was being very nice and professional and friendly. Also after delivering me my food gave me napkins which other employees don’t do at all. They just give me my food and asks me what sauce I want and that’s it but Jeffery showed me that he know his jobs very well and also explained the new Whataburger sauce to me and recommended me to try it. It was good. Thx Jeff!"

"2022 Sep This place is pretty OK.The interior is pretty clean. Floors clean (mopped and mostly picked up (stray napkin blown off a table retrieved .The staff is normally friendly. There appear to be a few (mentally disabled/handicapped? people hired specifically to bring dine in orders to the table which I REALLY appreciate. Nice to see employers offer opportunity for meaningful work within their capabilities.Counter service is ALWAYS slow. Their is usually plenty of staff. Often chatting in a cluster near the drive through service area between rushes. But the one person apparently designated to take counter orders is often doing something else and no one covers that role. Ever.Atypical for fast food, the staff does not look stressed or ground down. Lots of smiles. Pretty relaxed. Plenty of bodies to help with everything, so good on management.The food here is consistent with rhe brand —you like Whataburger food or you don’t. I’ve been here for all meal times. Even LATE at night my order was accurate and Whataburger-good.All in all, perfectly cromulent."

"The burgers at this restaurant are fantastic! I ordered through their app and got my burger for free because I had earned a free item from the app after making 5 purchases. The app also gives double points for ordering breakfast multiple times. My burger was ready in less than 5 minutes, much faster than the drive-thru line, which was busy around 12:30 in the afternoon."

"It's Whataburger! Great tasting burgers, many flavors, variety and sizes to choose from. They had a poor young lady out in the cold to take your order from the drive-thru. But she was nice and friendly. After placing my order and paying with the nice young lady, I was in line maybe another 10 minutes or so before I got my order. Mmmm so warm n smelled so good! Patty Melt and a root beer is the best! Go try it for yourself!"

"The service at this restaurant is very poor, and they seem to view customers as a burden. I placed an order through the Whataburger App for curbside pickup. Unfortunately, this particular Whataburger location is consistently dysfunctional, disorganized, and extremely slow. Despite being able to customize my order online, my order was still incorrect. It seems that the workers at this location have a knack for getting orders wrong, regardless of how busy or slow they may be. I generally enjoy Whataburger, but I strongly dislike this particular establishment. I believe that the Store Manager should be replaced in order to improve the overall attitude and efficiency of this location."

"Food doesn't taste the same anymore. My food was cold. I ordered the chicken strips and I figured they would be hot and fresh but nah. Food was cold and my husband ordered a #1 combo and ordered it with cheese and cheese was not even melted meaning meat was probably sitting there for a while. I wished it was like the good ole day when they used to make our food fresh and food tasted good. Very disappointed."

"First time at this location and it was pretty late at night/early in the morning. The drive thru line was really long, but they got through it very quickly. I remember posting about another restaurant and how I did not like their shakes, but Whataburger milkshakes are always on point! The only problem I had is that we ordered medium shakes, because it was so late at night but they charged us for larges. Not a big deal, but Whataburger is usually very good about having my order correct, no matter how special it is."

"I placed an online order for pickup because I was aware of their usual slow service. However, I still ended up waiting 10 minutes at the curbside pickup. I called to check on my order, and they assured me they would bring it out immediately. After 15 more minutes with no food in sight, I called again. When I mentioned that I was in a hurry and still waiting outside, they put me on hold for another 5 minutes before hanging up. Eventually, they came out with my food, but it was quite the frustrating experience."

"I LOVE Whataburger!!! I have fond memories of them as a child they haven't lost their touch! The bread is soft. The meat is fresh. The toppings are prepared to perfection. And don't get me started on the fries!!! No salt, please. They even gave a free breakfast sandwich WhataTeacher number runner for teacher appreciation week!!! I wish they'd sponsor my class with art lessons this year. We're an Oklahoma A+ (art infused) school. I go to Whataburger at least 3x each week. 5 if I get a true lunch break. #IWhataburger"

". It is a new article in the menu. The board says it has a tasty sauce, I would say it is more of a spicy sauce than tangy. Maybe. I'll leave it out the next time I don't like a lot of sauce first. We both enjoyed our meal. Our fries were also fresh from the fat. I just think ready to wait and when you get through, count your blessings; P.S. it is not JUST this place that takes a long time, any Whataburger I visited has this problem. That means I never got cold food from any Whataburg location. I give them all five stars based on the fast service of TODAY, as a complete disclosure."

"Great food with great service! I was promptly greeted with a smile and ensured that my order was entered correctly. I ordered the Number 1 Medium Meal (Hamburger Meal with cheese, ketchup, mustard, and pickle) for Dine In. I was handed a Numbered TableTent and my cup. The Drink Station was clean and organized with plenty of lids, napkins, straws, salt pepper packets, etc. Themeal was delivered to my table within 3 minutes. I was offered ketchup and sauces. The person who delivered my order was alsofriendly and served my food with a smile. The cheeseburger was very hot, fresh, and tasty! The French Fries were on the coldside which is why I gave this review 4 stars. Other than the cold fries, everything else was great! I still highly recommendthis location to anyone needing a great meal at a great price!"

"I enjoy eating Whataburger, but this one is incredibly slow! I made a mobile order and waited and waited after I see some coming and ordering and there I mean commands. So I went and asked what happened to my order and after they were looking for a while, they said they were waiting for Pommes. After more time and more customers I asked what happened and it turned out that I waited 45 minutes AFTER the order should be ready, not out when I placed the order. I ordered a simple number 1 without tomatoes. I got a cold burger with tomatoes. At least the pommes were hot because they put them in when I asked about my order for the third time. No excuses or something. So whatever you do, not mobile order at this point, they are much slow even eating."
