"Whataburger is a Texas stable. 2 Whataburger Jr's, French fries sweet tea was ordered. The vegetables on the burgers were right. The french frits were hot, crispy outside, delicate inside with about a middle salt scatter. The only complaint was to take it for a while; but they are cooked to order, so there is nothing precooked or mounted. Would recommend."

"I feel like Whataburger has been struggling since the change in ownership a few years ago. In the last few months, it seems improvements and adjustments are being made. Food is getting good again. Service is improving. My only complaint on this visit is that the drinking cups were sticky. Pretty gross when someone hands you a sticky driving cup. We were using the drive through. I am pretty careful when it comes to keeping my car clean. So it was a bummer to be handed done sticky cups for me and my family. Hopefully Whataburger can continue to train and improve."

"The service at this whataburger is absolutely horrible. It took at least 2 minutes till the kids behind the counter stopped chatting and playing on their phones and I was able to place an order. It took another 20 minutes to get my food and to top itoff the fries were soggy. It's so expensive now anyway that for $1 or $2 more you can just go to a sit down restaurant andyou'll probably get your food sooner. I've been to other whataburgers and used to love it back in the day, but I'm never goinginto this one again."

"I was impressed that this location functioned about as smooth as a chick fil a, with two lanes, people coming out to take payment, etc. Still took about 15 minutes which is normal for Whataburger, but it as smooth as it could be considering how busy it was. "We found ourselves in Brenham due to the heavy flooding in Houston. On August 28, 2017, we stopped by Whataburger and used the drive-thru. The young woman who took our order provided exceptional service, going above and beyond. She even treated our baby (dog) to a strip of bacon! She definitely deserves five stars! "This is one of the most visually appealing Whataburgers in Texas, but it has the worst service I've encountered! Orders take around 20 minutes at the drive-thru, even though company policy states it should only take 5 minutes. When your order finally arrives—after waiting alongside 20 other cars—it's completely wrong! This issue falls squarely on Store Manager Cesar Flores. As a business owner myself, I know that employees reflect the leadership style of their manager. The lack of professionalism here is a direct result of the Store Manager’s actions. This has been the worst experience I've had at a Whataburger in Texas!"
