"Prior to Covid this was a 5 star meal every time. Now it’s twice the price and the service doesn’t even reflect the old prices. I was quoted one price over the phone and another in store. My food was given to someone else then 3/4 mins later given to me after the error was realized. My turkey burger was uncooked and fry’s were cold. I was then told only calling the manager on the phone would get me a refund. I just dropped all my food and left. Money wasted. Not to mention the staff was there sitting with both shoes off and dirty shoes in the air of this FOOD establishment. Young’s kids ruining it. I been to this restaurant more times than I can count never again."
