"Wildly inconsistent. Drinks come out missing ingredients and are arbitrarily made. You might ask for a splash of cream and your drink comes out white. Or the $6 vanilla sweet cream nitro will have no sweet cream or is sometimes flat as the end of the keg is still served. You might get a drink that is missing 1/3 of the actual drink. Or a drink that has what appears to be curdled milk floating all through as if that's normal. You can expect to be disappointed more than half the time AFTER a 20 minute wait in the drive through line. I recommend you play it safe and go elsewhere. If you plan to take your chances, I recommend the 6 am crew. They seem to know how to make all the drinks and the coffee does not taste old at that time."

"I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. We arrived at 8:10 a.m., just an hour before they closed at 9 a.m., and were informed that they had cleaned their frappe machine, so we couldn't order anything blended. We then requested light ice cream in our drinks, but they were filled to the brim with ice and the temperature was uncomfortably warm. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, the staff member responded with a rude attitude and said there was nothing she could do. I will definitely not be returning to this place."

"I ordered a pink drink with light ice. I do that so it’s easier to eat the strawberries at the end. But it seems like they gave me extra ice. I took a few sips and it was gone!I went to return it and the store was closed. It was a few hours before closing time and there were no signs on the doors explaining why.I gave an extra star because the inside looks really cute. There’s a divided area and a quieter workspace with tables."

"This is the busiest Starbucks I've ever encountered. There are times when the line stretches out the door for a morning coffee. It's clear that Starbucks knows how to manage their staff, as they handle the high volume with impressive composure. I believe Starbucks could benefit from opening a second location on the other side of Glenwood with a drive-thru to help ease some of the congestion that this store experiences."

"very busy so that the waiting period can be long. the parking space can become a chaos and I do not recommend parking and go because they can hang in their place because the drive thru line is too long. we sometimes do not get the custom items we order, which is a scandal because it costs so much. we ordered additional foam on a cold beer and they gave us less than the normal amount. When I informed her, it wasn't extra, like we paid for the foam being melted in my drink. if they have ever ordered a cold brew, the foam takes a long time to dissolve and the coffee was still black."

"A very early morning made this location a hop, jump and a jump from our hotel a great start to our day. The first swallow of my almond milk loaf made me feel alive again. Love the ride thru with friendly and fast service. The terrace looks like it's the perfect place to work or sit and relax."

"this place has the worst service! every time I visit this load, the hired are rude and targeted slow, even after I tap them well. on this particular day during the waiting for our 40$ order- we asked for the free cups that have been delivered since regrettably I tend to spend a lot of money often with dieucks, and the girl working said: "sorry no- we are out" then her family went in which I knew where her family because she welcomed each other as family in spanish, which I understood and she gave them each one. we asked again to test them, and she went back. it is just the principle and the lack of customer support that is important to me. could look less on the free cups. I refuse to go back to this."

"Was a great experience! I went to free cup day to expect, they were very busy. All Baristas were very friendly and had smiles. I have even observed how they were dealing with a very bad customer who had not actually placed their order online, but demanded their coffee, but that did not at all effect it. They were all very quiet, smiled and I had all my order, right, and I was on my way!"

You'll know it is her when you hear a voice that sounds like too many Marlboro Reds have been smoked tinged with contempt.
