"Visited this location on 6.8.21. 2nd visit during Pandemic year. I thought the bad quality of their cookies on the 1st visit was a fluke. Nope. Still bad this 2nd visit. Both times I ordered the semi sweet with nuts. Both times they were very limp, undercooked, and oily. They wrap them individually in Saran wrap what seems so I wonder if they wrap them whole they still hot. The cookie is limp and seems to he undercooked and just falls apart when you unwrap them.
