"It could have been the best restaurant in the county, but we'll never know. After driving over twenty miles in a rainstorm, we arrived to find the place dark and locked up. No one answered the phone, and there wasn't a sign on the door or a message on their voicemail indicating they were closed. Another family showed up right after us and shared our disappointment. At the very least, they should have turned off their reservations, posted a notice on the door, and updated their phone message if they had to close unexpectedly. Overall, it was very disappointing and unprofessional."
