"Really good coffee shop for those who have a sweet tooth. I'm not really sure about there black coffee but their blenders and dessert drinks are really yummy. Sometimes you can wait for 5-10minutes in line on a busy day. If there is no one in line it might take 1-5 minutes to get your drink. Don't forget to ask for extra chocolate covered espresso beans if you like those."

"We always have a good experience here. The staff have been helpful in figuring out my continued unfamiliarity with the menu, so it 's easy to say I want a cold drink that has chocolate and hazelnut. I don 't have to know what to call it. My wife loves (I mean LOVES) the white chocolate peanut butter mocha. They use real peanut butter here rather than a flavored syrup. It tastes like a white chocolate Butterfinger. The only negative is the parking lot. The entrance and exit lanes are narrow, so there 's not a lot of room for error. If you leave the drive through and need to turn right, it can be a tight squeeze."

"Always friendly, and cheaper than Starbucks or Dutch Bros. Also, quicker in my experience because they don?t have the same brand recognition as the other two. I?ve been stuck in a 45 minute line at Dutch Bros, and I?ve paid $7 for for a small nitro at Starbucks. Both situations are outrageous. The only reason this Ziggi?s doesn?t get 5 stars is because of the absurd way to get in and out of the place."

"we love ziggis, they are our favorite coffee place and we will not go anywhere else, but every time I have ordered a cinnamon roll, it was completely cold. if they are served cold, it should say that. I'm still just gonna make zigzags, but a melted cinnamon roll would certainly be nice."

"I worked at a coffee shop for 5 years and know how crazy it can get sometimes and the way the staff at this location handles it is amazing. Nick especially, you can tell he really cares about his job and is so welcoming. I go to this location and go inside instead of a drive through just to have that great customer interaction. Its hard to find these days but not here! You guys really have a good team! <3"

"Friendly staff, above-average coffee. My only complaint is that it is too loud inside bc the furniture and other room selections. Everything is hard and echos. They need some things to absorb sound.
