"The best dumplings in Rochester. My only complaint is that they recently started making cold sesame noodles with too many chili flakes, and the hot and sour soup can be inconsistent in quality. I wish the recipes were more reliable, but overall it's a great restaurant. The staff is polite as long as you are polite to them. Remember to tip your drivers generously."
