"I need to give feedback. this place is just terrible. I had sushi all over the world, including japan. and looking for the best in the usa. I had heard from akira back when I tried to get a reservation in paris, france. much better in a 5-star hotel. this is the perfect example for a name “Akira back” too fast on a business development. the Plano site is very poor decoration. dinning room very loud .no elegance what ever. all foods are below average. their local sushi place makes better sushi than this place. .prices are terrible expensive due to the bad quality. our bill was around $1000 for 5 (and this is with 2 bottle cheap sake at 40$. Tei-an restaurant in dallas is much better and so much more authentic for the same price. sashimi execution on all the sashimi with sauces. nothing is delicate taste. the fish itself is not cut clean ... the sushi nigiri are so under average and the prices double as much as the average place. never back and never back in any akira back all over the world. so far the company sushi goes ... nobu makes a better job. and probably also matsuhisa."
