"Visited this restaurant at 4/9/22 after a break due to problems in the past at this (and many other) location. We have no idea what has changed in this place, but WOW! The service we received was absolutely fantastic. The food on the bar was fresh and repeated several times while we were there. The manager was visible and worked as hard (at times harder) than the waiting staff and other employees. It was a pleasant change to see this level of teamwork. It was obvious that they were short employees, but they did not allow them to stop from complete orders and pride on their work. Great job! You have changed our opinion and opinion of this institution!"

"The wait staff is like family, always glad to see us and then delivering their usual attentive and outstanding service! My little group enjoys Spencer and the rest of the wait staff just as much as we love the delicious food! Today's dining experience was the first in a long time and we had a wonderful time with Spencer as our waiter. He made us feel like we'd never been away and just added so much to our dining experience! We will return very soon!"

"Late lunch. There were only two tables. The place has been really downhill since Covid. I had a 4 cheese BLT that was just ok, and Broccoli/Cheddar soup that was like eating oat flour. I wouldn't recommend eating this place. I waited a while before I sat, although there were only 4 people."

"I normally don't complain too much about fast food when I go through a drive-thru. But I expect a lot better quality from Frisch's than this. That's what's supposed to be a big boy with extra tartar sauce. I went in and saw the manager showed him my pictures and he gave me a credit for a whole new big boy so he did take care of me and he was a little disappointed in his cooking staff for what they presented to me. I don't expect perfection when going through a drive-thru for fast food. But this was a little disappointing to me. Especially for a Frisch's that I have been going to for over 30 years. So I'm going to edit my review. To five stars Reason is I returned with my credit from the store manager for the bad experience that I had and they absolutely made it right and knocked it out of the park. This is a delicious big boy and is everything that a big boy should be. You made it right guys and girls. The original execution may have been all off par. But making up for it exceeded what I expected."

"Our Winter Guard team was in town from California taking part in the WGI Championships at the Truist Arena and we needed a place to dine that could accommodate our entire team and parent crew of 30+. After searching around at all the nearby restaurants, we contacted this Frisch's early in the morning and spoke with Mandy, the manager. She was so hospitable and accommodating and said we would be more than welcome to bring our team in. Upon arrival later that afternoon, we were all greeted and welcomed and were all able to sit together. Our entire team was waited on in a very timely manner and everything was delicious! Mandy and her team went above and beyond in making us feel at home, especially given we were so far away from home! Our team will always remember this experience because it was during our meal that we also found out the team made it into the finals. Truly a moment to never forget. Thank you Mandy and your crew for making this team's experience one to remember. Hoping to see you next year!"

"The experience was excellent, with Kelly providing exceptional service as our waitress. She ensured that all of my food preferences were met without any issues. The food arrived promptly, within about 10 minutes, and was both delicious and served hot. The staff accommodated our seating preferences without any fuss, which was greatly appreciated. "I am glad to see this Frisch's getting its groove back on. Anytime I am back in town for a visit, I always eat here as Frisch's was always one of my favorite restaurants. Last year about this time I ate here and it was not a good experience. Food was mediocre and the wait staff was unfriendly and indifferent. I didn't think I would ever go back. However, much better experience today. The hostess who seated us was friendly and chatty, our waitress was kind and patient with my elderly mother, and the overall atmosphere was considerably improved. Sadly, I can only give 4 stars as the food, while pretty good, needs improvement. My fries and my mom's sandwich appeared to have been sitting for a while and was not as fresh and hot as it could have been. But I realize we are still getting back to something that resembles normal after the pandemic. Next time I'm in town I'll be back. I love the Big Boy platter."
