"The food at this restaurant is typically very good, but on this particular evening, we were disappointed. The fries were cold and our "well done" burgers were pink on the inside. We used to enjoy their menu, but now we are disgusted and will not be returning. Additionally, we did not receive the cole slaw and pickle that was supposed to come with our meal. We will be sharing our experience on social media."
