"Much improved. I liked Spring Creek. Didn't like the winery. Every time I visited, I remained disappointed. My last visit threw me for a bow. Service was great behind the counter, the restaurant was neat and especially, the food was great. The six ribs were juicy and delicate. I didn't need a sauce, but I was curious to see if it was the same stuff as ever. It wasn't. The vinegar taste had disappeared. It was still quite thin, but the mixture seemed to be a bit more smoky and sweeter. It was a beautiful combination that was pleasant on the delicate pork ribs. I also like the endless miniloaves of bread. I could really do about it, and the server came about four times to all of us with their offers. I knew I'd have to get out of there soon, or I'd go out of the carb overload. The pages I had were very good: Cole Slav and potato salad. They also had macaroni and cheese, green beans and a number of other items. Help yourself. I hope it wasn't a random visit. I want to think that Spring Creek Barbeque has dissolved her game and the food and service has really improved. I'm looking forward to my next visit."
