"Had a lovely sandwich but found a fly smashed into the tomato! I altered the server and she asked me for what I wanted her to do about it?? No apology, but they did end up refunding my order after asking for them to do so. With such a nice place, I would have expected better customer service when you find an insect in an expensive sandwich."
