"Man this place used to be THE spot. Pre Covid. I would come at least once a week for the pot roast which was $18 and it was amazing. They changed the recipe because it hasn’t tasted the same since. And it’s like $25 now I think. The food quality was wayyyy better and so was the price. Obviously food prices have gone up but the quality should meet that. I’ve been a few times since Covid and everything has really gone downhill from the quality of food, to the cleanliness, the vibe and the staff just seem super burnt out and it’s sad. I miss the old steubens. :"

"This was a great little find while on vacation in Durango. They serve breakfast and lunch. Husband and I both got breakfast burritos that were HUGE and delicious. Service was phenomenal. Very friendly staff who really know how to run this little restaurant. Our orders were taken quickly and food promptly served. I only wish I had the chance to try some blueberry pie, but didn't have room stuffed! Definitely would recommend this place to anyone."

"I can not give this place higher than a shari’s or black bear dinner. it was nothing other than eating that I will not even knock the thing that our server parts forgot from both entree that were ordered. I found the whole place fascinating. Gift shop, waiting personal outfits, decor, the cries 1982. if they are in the opposite, they give it a try, but I can not recommend a special trip."

"My favorite place. I love the design. I love that it has a nice area to dine outside. The staff is very likable and friendly. The food is always fresh. Everything on the menu is portioned perfectly. I am at this restraint quite often. It’s a great place to l take your laptop and sip on a cappuccino as you work. The only thing I would add would be a live guitar player on weekends or evenings to make the experience that much better. Parking: Parking is available for free behind the restaurant and across the street"

"We recently hosted a private event for 100 people. Leading up to the event, our event coordinator Vanessa was fantastic to work with. She helped answer all our questions and made planning the event easy. The night of the event, we were thrilled with the manager and staff who helped make the event go smoothly. The servers were so kind and accommodating. The food was incredible for such a large quantity. The Italian White Cake was amazing! I can also highly recommend the lasagna. (Just like my mom used to make, but better! Would definitely host an event here again and will be back to eat with my family! Kid-friendliness: Great options for kids! Staff is kid-friendly."

"The Cup Café now serves Beyond Burgers! It is vegetarian the way it is presented on the menu but a quick swap of the bread (sourdough for the brioche bun) and it is vegan. I have the grill chicken with crisped greens and red beans and rice, and every bite of this food made me feel like I'm back home. eating was so good at the point where I literally asked to speak with all who work in the kitchen and I had to express how eating made me feel. Note: do not go to bert when they have something to do and their day. you will eat this and be sleepy. and they will be absolutely surprised to know that the recipes of this restaurant in the brilliant spirit of a millennial. this place is absolutely unbelievable and worth every dollar that is spent."

"it won't be breakfast again. a friend and I had breakfast on the last Saturday. we ordered the Greek omelet on recommendation of local paper. the omelet was watery, perhaps because the feta was not properly drained. the gyro meat was salty and I couldn't taste a lamb in it. the tomats were paper thin, ally and mushy. "This is definitely a two-sided review. The pros. The green beans are facing me. Overall satisfied with the food. However, the service is slow. The line quickly returns because they are not efficient to get food for customers. And finally, the price is relatively expensive. For two people and a child the sum ended almost $80. If I'm ever on my way back to Houston, I'll stop picking some green beans, but the BBQ is decent."
