"This is a clean Panera with good menu options. The items are mostly in stock and are readily available. The food and beverage are very good. The Baggett with the bistro French onion soup is my favorite. Always piping hot and delicious! Employees make mistakes a lot here, but they are friendly and accommodating when they do mess up which makes the experience a lot better. I appreciate the service they provide. Good place to catch a quiet bite and get some things done while dining in. Or just take out because the soup is always hot!"

"After I had not eaten all day, I went to this place in the drive thru ordered. drive away and realized that I was missing an article. I was in the rain to walk in, something I wanted to avoid. when I stood with my pocket at the counter, 3 employees go before a 4th acknowledges that I am there and then asked them to help me after someone else. this person took everything from my bag. I have only ordered 4 items, so easy to glancing in and see that 3 I should have been getting enough. but please take every opportunity to cool my hot food more. she was friendly and got my missing article for me. it was just to eat on the parking lot so I could still enjoy it warm."

"I always love going to Panera Bread places, this time we went to the one in Morgantown. The food was good. I had the pic two a 1/2 sandwich I had the Chicken and Avocado BLT and salad Fuji Apple, then I had a Strawberry smoothie and a cookie for 99 cents. Then my husband had the pic two he had the steak and cheese sandwich, and a cheese flatbread pizza, a soda and a cookie for 99 cents.. Now his steak and cheese sandwich was a little too toasted it was pretty crispy and it didn't have very much meat on it. Now the chocolate chip cookie as always were GREAT!!"

"would give 0 stars if I could. I have placed my order by the panera bread app at 15:30 a.m. with a pick-up at 18 a.m. when picking up the order she recommended that they were out of baguette and chips and that these articles could not give us our order and gave us a few cookies. my job was for a sandwich napa salad chicken with extra plucked wobbles. I screaming hate that, because I got was a tiny piece of chicken breast with mayo smashed on it and throwing a few mandels and that didn't take the full sandwich, best it was on 1/4 of the brotes on both sides. they had ample time to contact me about being out of what I ordered. Instead, they let us go with a bread sandwich. will never go here important - they have fully uploaded my card and when I spoke to them, they simply picked up and hanged every time without actually responding. lead them ripped off for sure."

"If something is bad it is bad. Why are there customers who find the bad good? Inexplicable. After all, anyone who distinguishes bad quality as good shouldn't get upset if it doesn't improve. I ordered a chicken sandwich at Panera Bread Bostontoday. Dry. Burned dark. So not healthy. Without any taste. Not even my dog ??gets to eat this quality. I was at the branch at 7a.m. Sleepy employees. Without any interest in their work. The bread, rolls, etc. were all still on the van. When the storeopens at 7 a.m., all the products in the presentation should be open for us customers. A look around showed me too. It has beena long time since this place was cleaned thoroughly. Everything smeared. The tables too. The view into the open kitchen and Ibreak out in a sweat. With my finger in my mouth, then briefly rubbed on the apron and on my sandwich. That's what I call cleanwork. My tip: Before you order something, take a look at these shops, the cleanliness and their staff. I won't order anythingfrom here again!"

"I ordered the chicken Cesar Salad. I added bacon and gorgonzola. It was delicious! But with an iced tea , it was 15. For that price, I could have gotten a steak. I have previously had the cookies here, which were great. One time I had a cinnamon bun here, but it had an odd flavor. It wasn’t specific to thia Panera, but the recipe of the company. The chocolate croissant is very good. Get that instead."

"I love Panera and have never had something I didn't like until the other day when I ordered The Chefs spicy chicken sandwich. First of all the cost is $11.95 so I expected a sandwich that looked like the picture on the menu. Well that didn't happen because the chicken was not bigger that the bun and the sandwich was NOT spicy at all. Very disappointed in Panera for charging this much for a sub par chicken sandwich. "I went for Brunch with My Sister-in-law, and we Both had their Greek Salad with Chicken plus added extra Feta Cheese and their Balsamic Dressing, along with a Turkey, Avocado BLT and 2 Chocolate Croissants, it was ALL so DELICIOUS. The Service was Great and This location has a warm vibe. I'd like to add that I forgot my purse there and DIDN'T realize it until 2 hours later. When I went back, the Manager was kind to assist my concerns and one of their staff members had placed my purse in the back for safe keeping. "I had a really nice experience with Marianna who took my order. She was patient when I opened my mind and she was really pleasant to chat. I finished ordering their Go-to coffee order (a Chai-Tee Latte w a pump of vanilla syrup) which was the perfect choice on a cold day. Thank you for your kindness Marianna, you did my day Edit: The entire staff is great at this point. Unfortunately, I had to experience a karen in action, and the administration of the duty has done such an amazing work today that kept her serenity and friendliness during the ridiculous order. More self-control and patience than I could ever imagine. The staff here deserves a great godfather on the back AND an increase while you are! "This place is hit or miss. Service and quality of food is never consistent. I ordered a breakfast sandwich that came great and also ordered a bagel not cut and not roasted. "Every time i order from this location, it’s always missing something. One time it was a full meal!!! Tomato soup and a grilled cheese!! This time it was the bread bowl, for my BREADBOWL!!! heaven forbid you drive up there to get your replacement pieces, staff isn’t nice or concerned about the problem. Don’t try calling them, nobody ever answers. Corporate is sympathetic to the problem, but can only give credits for future orders, but no replacement without driving directly to the store. I give 2 stars because the food isn’t the problem."

"the panera brot on the n. university in ann arbor, mi was disgusting. I ordered a big drink as I do it daily. there was a bit of a line on the self-serving soaking zone. when I stabbed to see what the last was, there came in from M students and from the back door and from their tables. they fill their personal used water bottles and any type of container with drinks from the well area. I also noticed that a street person does the same. that is very careless. also, while I pay for my drinks, others fill out for free. three beverage containers were low to near empty, the floor was wet and sticky, and there were no lids on the cups on storage. Hopefully, changes are made before someone gets sick from others."

"Severely disappointed. I've been a longtime customer and have really liked the Greeley location. Lately, I've noticed a marked decline in value and service. I spent $17 on a sandwich that was smaller than a 1oz bag of chips, the customization was wrong (no condiments at all), and the meat was dry. I don't have much time for lunch, so I placed a rapid pickup order, but when I arrived, the cart was behind the counter, and it took FOREVER to get someone to even acknowledge me.For the absurd price, this is absolutely, ABSOLUTELY not worth it.I will never eat here again."

"I lost track how many different Panera's I have visited over the last 2 years traveling. Probably 60 or more. This is an excellent location. Conveniently located, plenty of parking. "The restaurant offers a good breakfast menu with a variety of choices. I tried the sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich on brioche, and it was served hot with fresh ingredients. I also brought my 1-year-old grandson, and they kindly made him his favorite dish, mac and cheese, even though it's usually a lunch item. The food is always fresh at this restaurant."
