"in the other week we were here and the service was very well done. the only problem was that the soda machine was broken by the national carbonate drink deficiency. but that I can see by since his not nubble mistakes. the Bbq chicken mac and cheese was dying. like the Korean meatballs. the table was a bit dirty when I sat down, but it makes sense that the place was somehow crowded. I got a big water cup as I needed a drink, and the staff was very nice when I was asked. would recommend 4.4/5 again"

"The staff working on Sunday don't seem to know their own menu. Then they tell me 10 min after I placed my order that they have run out of rice noodles. It was not busy at the time.They made the wrong dish for another customer, and also told her after a long time that they can't make her pad thai because they're out of noodles. Never again. "If you miss being bullied in high school, this restaurant has the perfect atmosphere. The two girls working front of house are beyond rude every time I come in. I walked in at 8:06 (they close at 9), ordered my food while the cashier gave dirty looks and walked away without giving me my receipt. I then went to fill my drink and they had taken the machine apart so it sprayed everywhere. I nicely asked if they could put the nozzle back in and after about 5 minutes of intentionally ignoring me, an employee replied I just cleaned it in the nastiest condescending tone. I waited nearly 10 minutes just to be able to fill my drink. I sat down and when the food was brought out, the employee nearly threw the food on the table. (This has happened countless times as I 'm a very regular customer). They proceeded to whisper and glare at me throughout my meal. I 've held off on writing this review because I consider myself a patient person and wanted to keep giving them chances, but I 've read numerous other reviews similar to mine and I 'm in disbelief. The treatment from staff is disgraceful and honestly embarrassing. I 'm sure those attitudes will take them far in life."

"We brought the family here for the first time today. Everything looked fantastic. I love that they have an option for zucchini noodles as a substitute. "First off, the second I walked in I noticed all of the tables were dirty. Not a single place to sit was clean. Workers ignored me and seemed annoyed that I was interrupting their conversation. But Ok, i decided I was going to just going to order and take my food to go and eat at home. Since I was not dining in, I chose to leave no tip. Why would I tip if I’m waiting on myself. The woman behind the counter huffed at me as soon as I hit no tip. It wasn’t until I got home with my meal that I realized what happened. I ordered a Grilled Chicken Pesto Cavatapi, and of course there was only like 2 pieces of chicken in my order and it was sloppily thrown together with the worst looking grossest pieces of chicken!! So disappointing that Noodles forces customers to pay their workers wages. I shouldnt need to feel that if I don’t tip on an order IM WAITING ON, that the workers are going to retaliate and screw with my meal! Ridiculous, I’ll never visit here again. I went to a different location and my meal included 6-7 pieces of chicken, freshly grilled with great customer service. Avoid this location if possible!"

"Our food was gross and tasted old. We didn't get all of our order. When I called to see what happened, the employee at Noodles told me the delivery person left part of our order on the counter. When I tried to get a refund from door dash for the missing item only, door dash contacted Noodles and they told door dash that everything was in the order and nothing was left on the counter. Very disappointed."

"Its a shame I really used to like this place and now ill never buy from them again. I ordered my food online and it was to be ready at 9:45pm I got there before the doors were locked and walked in. I told them I was picking up and they very awkwardly said they had thrown my food in the TRASH. I was upset and asked for a refund which she said I would get 5 days later. I NEVER GOT IT. "Came to this place today with a party of 4, the food is prepared very quick it is out of the kitchen and in your table with in a few minutes, I love the flavor the food has, I ordered the Penne Rosa with chicken parmesan it has pasta, tomato, and spinach I love that they allow the tomatoes to cook enough time to make a sauce out of it, we also ordered Mac and cheese and and the Matamorie dish. you will not be disappointed with there dishes they also have salads and other dishes. it's very good over all its worth checking out in my opinion"

"Last week, a branch of Noodles and Company opened in Cupertino. Having once eaten at the restaurant long long ago, I was waiting to sample their food again and I got a chance to do it today. Here is my review of my dining experience at the new Cupertino location. It was a wet and cold afternoon and we had walked for 15 minutes to get to Noodles and Company. I was hoping to get some warm comfort food with a decent dash of spice. Two things stuck me from the menu. The first thing was that it had quite a few vegetarian options. Second thing was the price. Intriguing vegetarian options at reasonable prices was something I could not resist. I ordered an Indonesian Peanut Saute with extra tofu. Of note is the fact that Noodles also offers American style options like sandwiches, pastas, salads and soup. I ordered a plate of Indonesian Peanut Saute with an extra dose of tofu. My companion ordered Pad Thai. The food arrived pretty quickly. We were royally treated since the particular location had opened only a few days ago. The manager came personally and checked if we were happy. Multiple folks checked on us over the period of time we were there. The Peanut Saute was excellent. It clocked in at close to 1000 calories (with the tofu included) which is on the higher side IMHO but the taste was great. It was great comfort food, warm and spicy to contrast with the wet and cold weather outside. I relished every bit of it. Overall, I was very happy with my first Noodles and Company experience in a very long time. I definitely plan on going back again. Rating: Ambiance: 8/10. Nice, clean and open floor plan. Nothing out of the ordinary. Service: 8.75/10. Great attentive service. My companion eats gluten free food and they were willing to explain the gluten free options along with providing a menu which explained the choices. Food: 8.5/10. Loved what I ate. The spice levels were just right as was the quantity. Price: 8.5/10. Quite reasonable. My dish with the extra order of tofu still clocked under $10. Restroom: N/A Overall: 8.5/10. First trip happy. Hope my future trips cement my opinion of the place, the food and the service. For now, go for it."

"I love this chain, but the people who work at this particular location went above and beyond for us I asked for ketchup but they don?t have it the guy running the register had to go outside for a curbside pick up order and managed to grab someketchup for us from the place next door! It was super thoughtful and much appreciated. Customer service this good is rare forfast food so I wanted to give a shout out thank you!"

"I took a Japanese noodle. For someone coming from India, this would not be a good option because it is not sharp at all. Actually, it's sweet. It was new to me, and I still liked it. They have a huge space for customers, huge menu with elements for all. The guy on the counter was patient enough to help me and proposed her signature court. Hospitality 5/5. They took the feedback, offered help after serving food, suggested food for a new customer and all of it with lots of sweetness. I went at 2:30. It's a strange time and the team is full of energy. Portion to price ratio: okay, the ratio is low, but you can no longer consume the plate and the price seemed reasonable in this aspect. I mean, my appetite is very good and the amount she served satisfied, but it looked like the amount was less in the bowl. Next time try the other dishes here!"

"I got BBQ pulled pork mac and cheese (regular size) $9.00 and a regular sized Coke $2.00. I liked everything about the place, food and service etc. This entrée, also comes topped with crispy jalapeño chips (you can tell them to hold off on those, if you aren't into spicy stuff. They aren't excessively hot, but are very tasty) I would have rated it 5 stars, but I thought it was a bit pricey for a quick lunch.... but maybe I'm just a bit on the cheap side I will go back again, if I have some extra money sometime."

"When we arrived at Noodles And Company, for our date night, it was after dinner time, so it wasn't very crowded, but our ordér was taken at the counter, and we were asked to have a seat at any table available, and soon our meals were brought to our table, and that was greatly appreciated. Me and my lady, each had a different meal type, and both were extremely delicious, and fairly priced.
