"I presented this with a foreword when I was a competition judge for several years during the southwest. I won my farewell share. I cost amazing BBQ. I also cost the worst. What they served would NOT make it to the judges table. More like the dog bowl. While the turkey sandwich was moist and edible, the star of BBQ Brisket and Ribs is. I was saddened at the tasteless boiled brisket and cooked ribs. SHAMEFUL. There are no shortcuts to prepare BBQ. You're selling Billy Sim's names, and you're serving garbage. Never again."
