"We gave Pallas a try since it is under new management. Unfortunately nothing much has changed. There was only one server this is obviously not the job for her. I ordered the fish fry. She didn't ask me if I wanted soup or salad so I asked her about it. She said she didn't think it came with it so I showed her the menu which stated that all specials came with soup or salad except wraps. She said, oh well, I'll give it to you (as if she was doing me a favor). The food took a long time to come. We flagged her down asked if we could have bread. She didn't remember until she brought our entrees. We asked for ketchup hot sauce. She didn't remember that either so we had to ask the bus boy. I had ordered onion straws got a hard, undercooked baked potato. When I told her that I didn't order a baked potato, she just kind of looked at me finally said that she'd get me the onion straws. They finally came when we were done eating. We asked for boxes saw her carrying the boxes, but instead of handing them to us, she laid them on the table next to us took the order of the couple sitting behind us. They still add a surcharge if you use a credit card so we opted to pay in cash. The cashier said it wasn't a big deal. Well, since our bill was around $48 for 3 meals (no drinks), we weren't going to pay anything extra. As slow as the server was, she wasn't slow going to our empty table to collect her $10 tip. I told my husband that was too much since the service was so poor. On the way out, my husband said, well we gave it another try, but we will not be back. It's a shame because we used to come here regularly when the nice older woman host told us to sit back, relax have a good dinner. Those were the good old days."

"This is related to a small family gathering on a Sunday. The elevator made it easy to transport items to upper level. Staff greeted us at the door to assist with cake and signage. The staff was pleasant from beginning to the end. There was another gathering in the same room after ours and my biggest concern was turn around time if I were the later party I would not want to walk into a mess. The staff was diligent in the clean up and linen changes without rushing us to clear the room. There was a need for another table and the staff accommodated the extra senior guests quickly and without disrupting the flow of the event. The only uncomfortable thing in the upper room back) is the fact this is where the bathrooms are located so everyone walks through that room. There were no problems but that needs to be considered if you are considering a private event in this particular room."

"We went to the Parkville location (I forgot about Randallstown! after attending a function in Towson. We ordered the Turkey wings, green beans, candied yams, macaroni and cheese, collard greens, apple caramel cake, yellow chocolate cake, and a slice of sweet potato pie. Sweet tea, and a drink called a twister (fruit punch and lemonade Phew!Let's break it down: the Turkey wings come smothered on a bed of rice. Delicious!!The green beans and macaroni and cheese were good. The greens were good BUT, we ended up with too many stems for the portion we had. If we had offered a large portion it may not have been an issue.The yams were DEVINE!! Whoever cooked them knew what they were doing!! Just the right amount of nutmeg!!!They were out of the yellow chocolate cake so I opted for sweet potato pie. This was a mistake. It was not good and appeared to be store-bought. The pale color let me know I was about to UNDERWHELMED by the taste. I was. Avoid the sweet potato pie unless that is how you like it.‍The apple caramel cake was good. The drinks were good as well! When you order, they were happy to bring the food to your car when it's ready! Loved that! I will return to either location! Good eats, except that sweet potato pie!!Sorry no pics this time, but you know me, I would never lie about food! Enjoy!!"

"The staff is so friendly and seem to really enjoy working there and with each other. It's such a welcoming place with the smell of bbq chicken and Spanish speakin patrons. If you close your eyes you feel you are in another country. The food was excellent! I decided that to have a full Peruvian experience I would let the waitress pick my plate. Just DELICIOUS. We stayed in the patio which was awesome. I highly recommend it."
