"The customer service at Jenny's Cafe is very poor. For over a year, my colleague and I have been requesting a paper menu to place advance orders for pickup, but the restaurant still does not have one available for customers. Instead of taking responsibility and addressing the issue, the staff member we spoke to tried to blame the owners for the lack of menus. Even when we asked for a menu to be emailed or faxed to us, we were told that they were unable to do so. Overall, we were very disappointed with our experience at Jenny's Cafe."
