"I had an amazing experience at this restaurant. The food and service were outstanding, particularly the crab cakes which were the best I've ever had. However, I was a bit disappointed because even though I had requested a specific table area and changed the reservation size from 4 to 2 people through Open Table a week before, Chops had no record of it and did not accommodate my request."
