"WOW!!!! This was our first visit and it will not be our last! We were greeted by the host with a wonderful smile and welcoming words. Although some of our party had not arrived, we sat at a beautiful, spacious table. We were blessed to have Michelle as our server... it is the epitome of customer service! We did not have to track them when we needed anything; she was always right there! We got plenty of time to have our cheese board appetizer that was wonderful and the soup was great! Our salads were delicious... our dinners were incredible! The trout was fantastic, the scallops were made perfect, the burgers were the best we tasted and the fillet Mignon was the best I ever had cooked everywhere and for perfection! We all appreciate the pages served with our meals; they were not the usual vegetables; really farm to table the best quality! Unfortunately, none of us left a room to try Dessert, but we will be on our next visit. Our evening was made so special from the beginning to the end. Dance bear Appalachian Bistro is definitely a must if you want fantastic service, wonderful ambience and incredible food! You will not be disappointed!"
