"I'm a big fan of Nation's Giant Hamburgers, yet my last two experiences here have not been pleasant. I ordered a grilled Ham and Cheese sandwich togo both times. The first time I ordered the sandwich, I got home to see that the sandwich was burnt, causing the taste to be bitter. I live 40 minutes away so I can't go back to return it. I thought it was an honest mistake so I left it at that. When I ordered the same sandwich today, I expected it to be grilled perfectly. Instead, I get home and find myself another burnt sandwich. I didn't want to take apart the wrapped paper to see if the sandwich looked good, and then not be able to wrap it back neatly. But it seems I should open the packaging and check next time if I choose to go back. As for service, for togo orders, there is no one to attend at the pickup counter. I had to call out for help after waiting several minutes, when my food was all packed and ready to go. Also, the food takes FOREVER to make, so it's good to plan ahead or order online. Hopefully, it will be worth the wait for you because it wasn't for me. Maybe I will try again after a break at a different location. Parking: The restaurant is located in a complex with plenty of free parking."
