"I asked if they had the Chicken Gordita Supreme and the girl said yes. When I got to the window I clarified again. When I got my order it was something else. I told her I asked for the Gordita Supreme and she told me they don?t have any such thing. I askedfor my money back and they were annoyed I asked for my money back and the person at the register said I ordered the wrong thingand now want my money back. When I gave them my card back to refund me they actually charged me again and then refused to giveme a receipt because they don?t know how to tear a receipt off of the machine and jammed it up. I told them I needed it as proofI was getting my money back. They refused to get it until I had them call a manager. The manager was so rude and was yelling atme through the phone while I tried to explain the situation. They kept saying ?oh she doesn?t trust us that we are going to takeher money?.? I called my bank while sitting right there in the drive thru and my bank told them it was double charged and theystill refused to believe it and acted like I was being difficult. Finally the manager asked how I wanted the refund processedand I said I would like cash back since I don?t trust them not to double charge me again. She yelled into the phone that wasn?tan option so I asked her why did she tell me to pick then. It was a terrible experience. I did end up getting most of my moneyback. This has always been a good location but the one girl said they have new managers."

"first I understood it was a holiday and they were undermined. However, I leave a check of her bad customer service. after the work of various food and retail jobs (unnecessarily hating) I have understood the first rule “not argue with the customer. even if they believe that they are injustice, the customer is always right.” and they want them to leave the feeling that they have done everything they could for them. but (her we go,) as soon as I moved, it took over 3 minutes to welcome us, the lady on the com first my order "they want 4 chalupas" "no, 3" and then with clearer attitude in their voice goes ahuh through the rest of my order, doesn't repeat it all again, doesn't tell me the talk, and then don't give them to me. they would not open the door (perhaps they had a closed lobby, but there was no sign, so I called and no answer. we moved back to the drive thru to ask for a quitting, and the dame that took our order begins to act as we try to wind them, on the screen with their nails that were far too long to be sanitary to be food, taking in asking about the whole counter to be first, go “Oh yes I remember THAT order, 307 they just ordered there you misunderstood. All they had to do was apologise, they just told us for 1 and ask if we wanted to order another. I didn’t want to argue with the dame that obviously didn’t want to be there and SHOULDN’T start in the food service because they suck respect and courtesy. at the end of the day, we just wanted to know if we were accused of what we have."
