"I’m very pleased that my man took me here for our special Sundate night, plus a complimentary champagne is an impressive one! We both really enjoyed the black caviar and loved the crispy scale black sea bass sublimely aromatic on the palate. Finest delicate ingredients were highlighted, aesthetically slick presentations, heartwarming atmosphere and delightful ambiance with plenty of open fireplaces candles lit all around. Very intimate. Courteous staffs, they went above and beyond to ensure we’re satisfied. One of the staffs captured some lovely pictures of us and I’m really grateful for that. Service wise was fantastic, however, we were hoping for a refinement in the chocolate cake (mediocre flavor, no wow factor, soggy gooey texture? ; and also improvement in time management since we waited for the first dish a bit longer than we anticipated. Overall, Spago is a five star for me, an absolute MUST try, sensational fine dining spotlight in Beverly Hills!"
