"We had made reservations on OpenTable for a Monday night and travelled from Santa Fe. Unfortunately, when we arrived at the restaurant, we discovered that they are closed on Mondays. I called the restaurant a few days later to inform them of the mix-up, and they mentioned that they do not use OpenTable, despite still being listed on the website. However, there was no apology for the inconvenience of our wasted drive or gratitude for our call."
