"The general store portion is cute and the staff was friendly. The cafe was also cute, but the food was terrible. I had the false assumption that food was local and possibly homemade but everything we had was definitely packaged and microwaved or stone cold. We ordered two breakfast burritos and were served crispy tortillas with molten lava cheese inside. The package dents were visible on the tortilla and it was just so clearly a packaged food item. The muffin I ordered my daughter seemed previously frozen and thawed that morning. It was hard, cold, and dry. We also ordered a flavored latte and a London Fog. Both tasted like warm milk. Neither had flavor and the London Fog didn’t even have a tea bag in it. We were all really disappointed and didn’t finish the food. It was honestly terrible. Go here for the gift shop, not the food. In response to owners your store is so lovely and the staff was all welcoming and kind. We were there Labor Day morning at opening. More training on the drinks would be helpful. My fault for not knowing the food was packaged."
