"Lanita Glover Norman the Owner are amazing they prepared all of the catering for an event that I threw on 24 March with short notice. I reached out to them personally because they are true friends and I love them like family. They accepted the job and came through with flying colors. It was a total success. The food was awesome, it was fresh, well seasoned ,well cooked. I literally just ate my last “to go” plate that was made yesterday for me just now. The chicken is still moist and juicy as if they just took it out the frying pan! Take a bow and a round of applause because you are definitely my caterers for the future events! "

"Clean because of workers but needs some fresh paint and remodel. Chicken so so for sure would easy be topped by a chained corner Crown chicken or Royal farm for flavor so….. don’t go in thinking soul food think just grabbing some wings and get lemon pepper dusting."

"My experience at this restaurant was absolutely dreadful. The management and staff clearly need to be replaced. There were numerous issues with the dining experience that are hard to put into words. To start, the food was of extremely poor quality - some pieces of chicken were old and slimy, while others were undercooked, and the ribs were dry and old. The potatoes were stale and the mushrooms were as hard as rocks. Every dish lacked flavor and was poorly seasoned, including the cole slaw. It took a ridiculously long two hours to receive our order, as the staff seemed inexperienced and overwhelmed with the number of orders. This was a far cry from the usual enjoyable experience I have had at Chicken Shack, and I have no plans to return to this location in the future."

"The food quality at this restaurant is still good, but the prices have increased and the portions have become smaller. I was surprised that the wing pieces cost more than the 4-piece option, yet the pieces themselves were very small. I was disappointed to receive such a small amount of food after paying almost $20. Additionally, the black laces are now cut into smaller pieces as well."

"I visited this restaurant after work for an 8 piece chicken meal and a slab of ribs. What I received was the best customer service I have experienced in years. The young lady who served me deserves recognition for exceeding expectations. In today's food industry, customers often receive poor service and high prices. However, that was not the case here. I will definitely be returning soon to enjoy the excellent service provided by this young lady. Thank you and see you soon! P.S. She was thrilled about the bottle of BBQ sauce."

"my favorite thing to be the mushrooms. everything has changed today when they have served me absolutely the worst mushrooms at all! as they can see from the picture, they are not coated, cooked or prepared anywhere near edible. the sign says to make sure they all have their things before they go what I did. but I didn't think that meant to make sure that my articles were actually cooked! if that wasn't enough, the ribs were a bit overcooked. the chicken was ok, but a piece was cooked without coating or skin. the cole Slav was a bit bland this time. the roared kartoffels are the only thing that really came out as expected. if it is so that after all the dampening over the opening through the pandemic, I would have to say that I have to spend my hard earned money with a device that takes care of the customer."

"I wish I could make this even lower.. everytime I place a order it is NEVER CORRECT.. then when try and call you are greeted with a voice-mail that is full... it is soooo bad to place a order and pay for something that you didn't order then it just in limbo... TERRIBLE!!!"

"Did someone mention Chicken Shack? I didn’t, but usually it’s a great place. Unfortunately, the roasted chopped potatoes weren’t cooked as they usually are, and the onion rings were a bit too thick. On the bright side, the chicken was fantastic, and my husband really enjoyed his ribs. However, his dinner roll was completely squished when the server closed the box. Overall, it was a good meal."

"We ordered the SUPER meal for $50.99 and inquired about the oil change at the restaurant, as we prefer our chicken and potatoes to be a golden brown color. Neli informed us that they have a daily filter system in place for oil cleaning. We also asked for the ligaments to be boiled until soft, and requested a side of Cole Slaw. Our order was ready in 20 minutes, and we took it home. The chicken was crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and the ligaments were soft and flavorful. The Cole Slaw was fresh and delicious. We believe all Chicken Shacks should prepare their food like this location."

"Horrible Service!!!! Horrible Manager Service. We waited 35 min for a simple order only after I went up there and numerous people passed us. They said oh we gave your order away. No offer to fix it or apologize to us we are from out of town . It was late and we had to travel hours. I ask for outer money back and still no assistance or offer of can we make it right. Terrible. This was our first visit and we will never return. Only one nice young cook came around to try to offer"
