"I've been a franchise customer since the starter place on Morrison Dr. I have learned to order my wings naked with the sauce on the side because I like them double fried, extra crispy. (Sauce softens it). I'll let them know I'll send back. Please make sure they are fried hard. I'm not a fan of soft skin at all. I have no problem with it, but the person at the counter has a problem with me, then send back (because I want my food that I like for the way I like it) now that I have a problem with. It is only unprofessional and not customer-bound."
