"driver did not follow instructions for delivery.food was cold .. called to tell me he arrived.. and left..leaving food unattended in lobby for anyone to take or mess with. . called spoke to them and was told there was nothing they would do. the girl I spoke with was uncaring ...and had zero customer service skills...definitely should not be answering phones or dealing w the public in any capacity. you would think with the plethora of options for pizza they would want to keep loyal customers."
