"I am not certain when this restaurant started charging extra for pan crust or when they stopped asking us about our crust preference, but it seems like a poor decision to offer a choice for a standard item. The staff did not seem concerned about the change and did not react when we expressed that we did not want to pay the extra $1 for pan crust. This resulted in unnecessary confusion and ultimately led me to decide not to order from my favorite restaurant. The extra cost for pan crust was not justified by the overall experience, and the staff at Campo Road Jump Valley could use some additional training."

"We were just here for dinner... and this review is only in service, as the pizza was good as always... but shortly after we arrived, it was very busy and we had a super waiter his name was Michael and he is really amazing!!! He had a while the restaurant he took care of and never skipped a beat!!!! You are lucky if you have him!!! And my fiancée even tipped him personally what I've never seen in 15 years"

"Ordered online for pickup at the Hut Lane window. Double checked hours they were open. Had my daughter complete the order at 7:40pm and I ran over to the store as soon as I was free which was 8:45pm, just about an hour later. They were CLOSED!!!! I get that covid has changed stuff and places close earlier but if you are closing earlier update your hours and don't let me order online!! I'm a very very understanding person, very but this isn't ok. So when did this location close today, 8pm 20 minutes after my order ?!?!?! Or just when they walked out of the building?? And I know hiring is sucking for business right now but that's not an excuse either."

"I can't order a medium pizza and a large one-topping pizza without it costing nearly $20, and that's just for the pickup option—not even considering delivery. They used to have good prices, but now it's quite expensive for what you get."

"I have picked up my order online at 15 o'clock to 4. they moved to 4 car drive and was told that it was not ready to park and they would bring it to me. So I sat outside for 30 minutes before I went inside to find out what was going on. during the entry, one lady had just put her job and another one had a job. the young lady who told me that he was not ready yet, saw me and went back. now 20 minutes pass and the lady who had ordered her when I went in, got her pizza. I asked the guy behind the counter about my order and he went to check and they said it was ready for over 40 minutes. I wondered why not someone especially told me since the original employee I spoke to at the beginning saw me several times. they gave me my pizza without apologies or have a great evening."
